Craft a spyglass with a piece of colored glass to get a tinted spyglass!

Basically, if you craft a spyglass(telescope) with a piece of colored glass, it will tint/filter the view that the telescope will have when you look through it. So when you look though a red tinted spyglass, the surroundings would look red, when you look through a blue tinted spyglass the surroundings would look blue, etc.

    It would be cool if for bedrock because there is no spectator mode and maybe we could add monster loot to see what they see (like the spider eye)

    Funny idea, but it has no use... Maybe add a use to it? I don't really like the idea of just adding it because you would maybe use it twice and then consider it is useless because you want to see the actual colors of a block
