totem of undying as an artefact

it's simple really just like the main game the totem of undying is an artefact and will give the player +1 team life. it can only be used once per level and once it's been used it cannot leave the "action" bar" (for lack of a better word), like how you can't remove an artefact when it's on cooldown

of course, it will be difficult to find i.e can only be found in levels above let's say apocalypse 10+ and requires a power level of 100-200+
