A risk to archaeology

I think that with the new feature of archaeology new players might begin by trying to just find spots for archeology due to the chance of getting an entire block of ore. I think that if you try to dig up a block ith will have a 5% chance to summon a mob like a vex to scare unready players.

    I think it would be cool if you could finde a skeleton skull and if you destoy this block and not get the loot this skeleton would spawn with half iron armor but no bow. As a special reward you should get a cracked skeleton skull for decoration!

    I don't think that really fits archaeology. I think it would be more intuitive for mobs or infested stone to guard dig sites instead.

    You have an amazing point but if we do this we need a thing that makes a little more sense. as you could see on the live they almost got a whole diamond block! Silverfish would work Also maybe it does not have to be a mob. Maybe sometimes it can just give you a shock by making gravel collapse on you.
