•The "no missing penalty" should be removed, it takes away too much of the skill, learning process and variety of weapons! It's okay to want to help the player but if you help them too much there won't be any room for improvements! You basically don't have to learn how close you need to be, you don't need to focus on improving your hit precision and makes Attack Speed only relevant for combos and such.
It also makes things harder to balance since that makes weapons really similar which makes the combat not have that much depth or feeling of actually improving... The skill cap is something really important to create balance and make a System more interesting, but this new System is offering so many "assist tools" that it ends up being really plain and boring.
