arrow that disables shield

Bows are useless right now because of how easily shield can counter projectiles.

So, i've come up with idea for an arrow that disables the shield for some time.

It cannot be used on crossbow as it would be too powerful.

Perhaps... It might be better as an enchantment for a bow or simply make it if you get a "critical arrow" (a fully charged bow shot) that it disables shields for a short time, if this was added with arrow fatigue it would be ok without a special arrow type, I believe.
