More varieties of "Snowier Snow"

The "Snowier Snow," the powder snow is pretty cool, but what if there were more different types of snow. Minecraft snow differs from Java and Bedrock, on bedrock snow layers your feet just sink in it and don't elevate, while Java every other layer lifts you up a little. It would be really cool if both versions had both. You would be able to craft the different densities of snow with the amount of snow you use. You wouldn't elevate on non-dense snow layers, (bedrock) and would elevate on dense snow layers (Java). It would be amazing to be able to customize with these types of snow layers to get more variety of height, aesthetics and realism, think how creative you could be with these options! The best of both worlds, snow that are like mini staircases, and snow for decoratively. Why not have both!? Maybe perhaps even add an icy snow block, it's snow infused with ice, it would be slippery like ice, and a new building block too.
