Account linking

I am currently on Xbox and am soon getting s PC and i want to get Minecraft on there and have the stuff i had on my Xbox account on to the pc when I clicked login it didn't say anything like "would you like to link your Microsoft account" so as a suggestion this should be added and I don't now why it isn't already
