Regeneration Interruption (for slowing regeneration in combat)

    I would love to see this. Could be interesting to try out! The interruption could also be tied to player movement instead of damage, that way it's deliberate; players that aren't sprinting heal every 2 seconds, players that are sprinting heal every 4 seconds.
