Underwater Archaeology & Progression

Using prismarine shards in the crafting of a brush should create a Prismarine Brush that can be used at the Underwater Ruins to find ceramic shards and ocean treasures. This would be great as, currently, Ruins are essentially useless. This is a simple change that I hope is already planned on (as there was a turquoise brush in the update video). This would make archaeology more varied while also giving it progression. Depending on how many new items are added for both land and sea archaeology, we could maybe even add Nether Archaeology with a Netherite Brush. However, I'm not sure where that excavation would take place without adding a new structure.

  Currently, minecraft progression is very strange and straight. More branches to the game progression other than "stone, iron, diamond and then netherite"would be nice, even if that doesen't means armour and pickaxes.

  I'm all for adding the archaeology stuff to some of the existing structures, but why add separate brushes? Why not just reuse the existing brush? Ideally, Minecraft should try to get the most out of a limited set of tools. (Consider how hoes were recently upgraded from a farming-only tool to the ideal breaking tool for a bunch of blocks.) I don't see any reason to create biome/dimension-specific brushes.
