    The healing crystals could possibly be giant gypsum crystals because in real life, there are some caves in the world with giant gypsum crystals.

    Would it not spawn any hostile mobs like mooshroom islands? maybe mooshroom island equivalent for underground

    This idea is great, but there's some important things that should be fixed. For instance, if the hot springs healed you, you could just build your base right above a hot spring, and you'd essentially no longer need food. I feel that the hot spring would rather be used for mainly aesthetic purposes, instead of giving you regen every time you stood in it. same for the other healing crystals and plants, perhaps you could harvest these crystals and use them to make regen potions, or simply make them regenerate your health if you use it somehow, but you should only be able to harvest these supplies once, to balance this addition. once you get them, there's no re-growing.

    Other than that, I really love this idea, the fireflies sound cool, and heavenly singing would sound pretty cool once you get the sounds right, so that it doesn't just sound like there's angels with you in the cave. that would be a bit odd. But nonetheless, this would be a great addition!

    Something like this could definitely be interesting as the underground equivalent of mooshroom biomes, like someone else mentioned.

    IMO, there should be only the pools, with give Regeneration I for 5 seconds as long as the player is in the spring itself.

    To balance this, the healing water would "evaporate" as soon as it is picked up in a bucket. With cheats, you can turn this off with /gamerule doevaporation false.

    Blek Snek i respectfully disagree with your claim that this is too op. Firstly, the exact same thing can be done, but easier, with a beacon. Maybe the healing crystals can be used to make potions of absorption! Lastly, the addition of the springs boiling and hurting you would also balance this.

    This is personally my favorite cave biome idea, and I hope it gets added!
