    I think it's just logical to be punished for trying to Heal up while in immediate Danger. You should attempt to get to some level of Safety before trying to Heal, and Players New and Old will have to learn that.

    It's ok to add a bit more Challenge to the game. And if people really don't like it, they can play on Easy, or even Peaceful.

    I think it makes sense so we don't consume tons of golden apples and potions to avoid death. It's the only feature making stackable potions balanced.

    I think the eating interruption should be kept then, but the eating timer should not be reset, because it wouldn't be possible to heal yourself if you are in an unescapable group of mobs.
