    I feel like you're overestimating how much Accuracy you loose, it's really not that bad. And guess what? If Servers update past 1.8, Crossbows are a thing! And those don't have the Fatigue effect. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure it's faster to Charge a Crossbow with Quick Charge 3 than it is to Charge a Bow.

    I assume this change is specifically made to combat that kind of strategy. I think it's a good system and really doesn't impact "normal" game-play too much.
    Also, I hope even players who disliked 1.9+ combat will be keen on playing with the new combat mechanics and weapons once this is in the main, Vanilla game.

    I shoot real bows all the time, bow fatigue is normal is you dont shoot shortly after pulling the string back, it takes good strength

    100% agree. Bow / Ranged players from 1.9+ have been shafted quite hard with the shield changes and with the addition of shields being instant now and bows becoming inaccurate after 3 seconds of drawing I'm really not too sure why anyone who primarily uses bows for PvP would update unless the servers they play on change / revert the mechanics.

     

    I also see several people suggest "just use a crossbow", can't speak for other people but I personally enjoy using a bow much more than using a crossbow. I don't want to be forced into using a crossbow just because of a few mechanics making bows feel bad to use.

    People keep forgetting that crossbows exist. Crossbows are much more accurate than the bow has ever been, and they also travel farther and deal more damage. Bow fatigue is fine. Those players who played with bows previously should just start using crossbows. You’ll find that it caters much more to that play style than you think.

    I disagree. Bow fatigue was made so then it starts after 3 seconds, which is very reasonable. The bow fatigue also actually makes crossbows worth making and using. Also the accuracy loss is not that bad, so it should stay in my opinion.

    Disagree. Get into consideration that ranged weapons accuracy were buffed, both bow and crossbow are more precise. The bow fatigue was a mechanic to add some realism to the game because actually it takes a lot of effort to keep a bow tensed.

    I can keep a bow tensed very easily in real life so I don't actually think its that accurate especially for a guy who breaks trees with his bare hands. If people wajt to use a crossbow they can use a crossbow, however if people want to use a bow they should be able to use bow without getting such a disadvantage that would make the feel they had to use a crossbow. Different people have different playstyles and ways they like to do things. So just leave bows how they are so other people can enjoy that playstyle, and as for the crossbow users you guys can also enjoy your own playstyle just don't try to get bow users to do the exact same playstyle as you. They should be free to enjoy the bow. And they should also feel free to to so without a new mechanic making them feel like they can't.
