Currently the wooden, stone, and gold swords do the same amount of damage, which makes no sense. Damage should steadily increase per tier so the effort of progressing through every tier is incentivized with a respective increase in damage. For example, if someone were to go through the effort of making a stone sword, they should do more damage than someone who just uses a wooden one.
The wooden sword should do 2 hearts,
stone should do 3,
iron should do 4,
diamond should do 5,
netherite should do 6.
I'm not sure how much gold should do. Also, punching should be reverted to half a heart.
