200% attack should do bonuse damage

    They should be the only way to do critical hits, but critical hits are buffed to double damage. I think that would be really interesting, and add more options to combat.

    Though I agree that timed attacks are currently kind of lackluster, I don't quite think they're useless. How else am I supposed to fight hoglins?

    While I don't agree that version 5 was the best yet, I think the current one's better, I do find it odd that charged strikes do the same damage, they should do more. Maybe +1 heart or so, so it's not too OP but still worth it.

    +1 reach is a ENORMOUS advantage. Its more worth to charge hit than spam hit now.

    I actually think a 250% wait time would be a good way to implement this. Not only will you do more damage, But as also including the sweep attack and the extra reach.

    thecrafter44693, 200% is even too long, if anything it should be closer to 150%. It should be as long as 1.9 charge so people who like waiting to attack on 1.9 can continue doing so

    I disagree, going against someone really good who uses charged attacks is really difficult. +1 range is definitely a huge advantage. Additional damage for charged attacks would be way too op.

    JackAwesome9718 yes extra reach is a huge advantage (op even), just like with a hoe or trident. But pvp isn't the only thing to consider. In pve spamming is incredibly annoying and makes it boring to do. If they're going to ruin pve for the sake of better combat, why not just revert at that point

    You're right. I think critical hits must be only availabe via 200% charged attacks.
