    Potions are pretty balanced actually, even healing potions. You can't drink healing potions when attacked, so you can't just consume tons of healing potions when your health is low while being attacked.

    Different drinking times for potions can be counterintuitive for most players, so I don't think that's the way to go.

    Drinking time change for all potions should be reverted instead.

    3-5 seconds delay for throwable? Are you crazy? What if one misses? They need a huge buff, makung them stackable with a 3-5 seconds delay is a nerf. In pvp that would make throwable potions useless for how much one would need to wait for a second potion

    I'd tweak your suggestion. Make throwing potions stackable to 16 to be more consistent with drinking potions. I suggest the delay to be at most a second. Three or more would be a bit too harsh and ruins the potential of throwing potions.

    I don't think a gauge on damage would be necessary.

    As for drinking times, I'd give a maybe for the difference between healing potions and other non-health ones, however due to the ability to be interrupted I think this shouldn't change.
