If stackable splash potions will happen, I would guess that there would have to be some way to combat that.

Yes, this should be a thing, or at least, we should be able to put Milk in bottles in order to make them stackables. As if they were anti-toxin vials.

I actually milked a cow today and had to empty a lot of my inventory so I agree

That's a very great idea (I was going to share this idea ^^), milk buckets are too useless. They can be useful for PvP if they can be stackable by 16. Throwing potions like poison, weakness and slowness need a buff to balance this change. And one more thing, cows needs a "rest time" during which they are unable to milk, as sheeps are unable to graze.

Or milk could be put into glass bottles

I would like to keep things original with the milk bucket. Plus, if milk was to be put into bottles, there could be the possibility for splash milk bottles which I would consider to be very overpowered.

I don't think milk buckets should be stackable. If that happened we would also have to allow lava buckets and water buckets to be stackable. To do otherwise wouldn't make logical sense. However with potions now stackable I think something that might work better would be bottles of milk. Which you could get by right clicking a cow with. empty bottle. That might work as a good counter to the new stackable potions. We could even get splash potions of milk to remove effects on teammates or pets. But I think to start just stackable bottles of milk.

Joseph Rahner  You can stack empty buckets but not milk buckets. How is that not illogical? We can't stack buckets of water/lava because it would be considered very overpowered so I think we are safe there. Stacking milk buckets wouldn't be that overpowered compared to splash milk bottles. Again, imagine just eating a god apple and then having all of those effects taken away because of a milk bottle.

Blast Burner I am simply saying that if you can't stack other full buckets of liquid such as lava and water, it wouldn't make sense for you to be able to stack another full bucket of liquid such as a milk bucket. However since we are able to stack potion and honey bottles I do believe it may make sense to be able to stack bottles of milk if they were added into the game.

If we are to do bottles should we make it so it cancels all effects or only some of the effects on the player since they're naturally be less milk than with a bucket. So should each one only cancel one effect at a time then?

I'm still not siding with the milk bottles. That can be used for tipped milk arrows which would be even more OP with piercing crossbows. Sorry but if I get effects that I get by working so hard to find or create, I don't want it all gone because of a splashable antidote.

I don't understand how stacking water and lava would be overpowered

All liquid buckets except ones with fish/axolotls should be stackable to 16.

If you could have 16 lava buckets in one slot, you could place so much lava on your opponents without hesitation. And while stacking water buckets isn't as dangerous as lava, you could place down tons of it to slow down your enemies. That's sadly why they don't make bucketed fish stackable either. So people can't bypass the system.

Stackable milk buckets are fine but milk bottles would also have to be a no from me.

Blast Burner Lava is NOT just used for PvP. And in a fair PvP fight, people would probably not be allowed 16 lava buckets. But people who build in survival mode a lot need this lava for projects such as redstone farms and other buildings, and stacking lava to 16 would be so useful.

As for "stacking tons of water to slow your enemies would be too op," if i wanted to do this, i would use an arrow of slowness instead of wasting 48 iron on 16 water buckets.

Please add as much of the combat features as possible to bedrock. I understand some of this is not possible (like anything relating to the off-hand,) but Cleaving, Stackable Potions, and Health Potions being fixed are things I would love to see on Bedrock, as it is the primary version of Minecraft I play on.

@DarkstalkerMoon I'm already aware of lava being used in survival. Who wouldn't want to have the ultimate fuel source stacked? But the problem with that is that this would also effect PVP in many bad ways:

    - depth strider doesn't work with lava so moving would be an absolute pain unless you had blocks or and ender pearl

    - lava would be spammable(unless it had a serious cooldown which I'm sure no one wants) which nothing comes out good when you can just spam click

And as far as I'm aware, fair fights don't form up most of the PVP/survival community. Also both bedrock and java are getting this so you will be getting the overhaul.

@Blast burner, I wonder if a way to combat stackable water buckets from being overpowered is to make it a gamerule, that way PvP servers could turn this feature off or on for certain mini games and your normal survival game could be played to your heart's content. Stackable water and lava buckets isn't inherently a bad idea, imagine the time saved for a big project that requires tons of lava or milk, this would be a great gamerule addition but not game breaking.

I would love to have stackable water/lava buckets in Minecraft. Who wouldn't? I'm not trying to bring down the idea. It's just that things like that could be overpowered so I don't see why it should be added in if it is. If it turns out not to be op then I'm all for it. That's just my logic.

The only unfair PvP fights are also the ones where we have full diamond players teaming up on ones with no tools. The only possible downside to having stackable lava is that it would allow for easier griefing, but on most realm people can just use backups.

Another Idea that I think MacchuPicchu came up with is that items like potions, soups, and etc could be stackable to 4. This would be a nice balance that wouldn't break the game. However, this hasn't happened before, so i don't think it will be added. Also Blast Burner I am well aware that these changes are coming to bedrock, thats why I'm suggesting them lol.
