Dimensional enderman

This enderman could be a boss that would be found in the city of the end, he would be more powerful than normal endermans, he could not fear water, he could hit in places two blocks high, his heart duration would be equal to that of a player. This enderman will release when he dies an ender eye with different powers this can be crafted to build an object capable of teleporting to different dimensions.

  wouldn't it be easier to kill the dimensional enderman because it would have lower health then the normal enderman.

  A normal enderman has 20 hearts so reducing it to 10 is... underwhelming for a boss
