Sounds good to me I like the idea of the ocean getting harder the lower you go

I think the mob should be larger since small hitboxes brought a lot of complaints. I see them as basically silverfish (should be more dangerous though, since low attacks and health but having to deal with a bunch of them is just annoying and they're in deep underground or oceans where unprepared players don't go to), jump like slimes when they're on land and like fishes in the water.

Seeing how they're lapis-colored, they could drop some lapis in addition to glowstone dusts. They're neutral, but like the Warden, they attack sound sources as potential food, similar to piranhas but with sound instead of scent. They'd be at a deeper/different area of underground caves than the warden (they have eyes, but realistically, fishes in the deep parts of the ocean sense vibrations rather than have actual eyes). Because they spawn in the water, players don't have to fight them too often.

They have a follow range of 16. In deep oceans, they are neutral and are distracted by nearby fishes. In caves where there are less food sources, they feed on nearby mobs and players. The neutral part is that the whole swarm attacks players who attacked (without killing) one of them while vibrations make only one hostile.

Where did you make your texture for this mob?

I used Blockbench to create the model and textures.

Unique idea, and I believe the ocean could benefit from more "fantasy" type mobs, since the only such mobs are now are the two guardians and the drowned. Though I think this mob could benefit from a slight buff (maybe deal a bit more damage).

Also, instead of only being in the ravines, there could a be a separate biome(s) for the deep sea, which could have it's own structures and other types of mobs to go along with the deep sea spyfish.
