I like this idea. It's an interesting take, and would be interested to see what other branches could be thought of

They should make the next tier of armor draconium. It could be extremely end game and be only found in the outer end islands.

Why diamond? Why not a new material that isn't that good but when upgrading it would have interesting features, not better, not worst, just some advantages that can be useful in various situations

I like the idea but it seems like that would be in mods because that counterpart armor make the simple fun game of minecraft a little bit too advanced

The end armor should be called Enderite.  The way to get the Enderite Ore is from Mysterious Debris, which is found underground in the endstone.

Perks: KB Resistance, Fire Resistance, Cannot burn in lava, items dropped from your dead body teleport to you within 10 seconds, but only certain items like tools, Mysterious Debris, and Enderite Ore, Armor stays equipped when you die.

Personally, I think it would be better to have both and be able to combine them for an even better effect. My reasoning is that you need components from the nether (blaze powder) and the end (enderpearls) to actually beat the game and combining them would play into that better so you could get let's say, dragon armor

I think this is already implemented and just called "enchantments"

I haven't really vote for the armour branches particularly, because i was fed up of reading (don't get me wrong, i usually read the posts) I have actually vote for the idea of 'netherite infused elytras' just cause it might be real helful as for situations like your elytra breaks and your in the nether....yeah thats a good update.

It's an ok idea until you consider enchantments and the fact that Netherite armor with protection 4 will let you tank practically any fight that isn't a boss fight or a crowded hallway in a nether fortress. It's just impractical.

Normally, I hate suggestions because they tailor to the posters needs and the petty things they dislike about the game, or they're just all around bad. I like this though. It's an interesting take on ways items could be more diverse, and I'd honestly like to see this in the game (of course, with a few tweaks).

I honestly didn't like the addition of netherite, and I'm not very supportive of more branches like netherite.

It could be diamond armour upgrade with crystal ore (for example) and it would be very rare to find in end city loot chests and you would upgrade diamond to crystal with the smithing table...

I say yes to all of it, I think it sounds really cool. And you said that all the items come back to you after you die but does the armor? And another idea for the armor is that you can add a breath attack like the dragon and have it do a good deal of damage and it can be crafted with the dragon egg so for each piece you need to defeat the dragon.

I feel like if they did add Teleport enchantment, they could it up so putting it on everything would be worth it, so I figure it would bring items back to you 10 seconds after you Respawn (it does load chunks, hopefully a Zombie didn't kill you) and any item in the category the enchanted item is, being Weapon, Tool, Protection, or Misc.
Items related to attacking, like Swords, Bows, TNT, Lava, Dispensers, and Ores would be picked up by weapons with the enchantment
Items related to defending, like Armor, Shields, Obsidian, and Water would be picked up by Armor and Shields with the enchantment
Items related to building/mining, like Stone, Tools, Wood, and Workstations would've picked up by Tools with the enchantment
Anything in the Misc category would be picked up by anything with the enchantment
Each item can have 2 categories assigned to them, except for Misc, and there would be different tiers, 1-5, that correspond with the level of enchantment applied
Level 1 will only pick up tier 1 items
Level 5 would pick up anything tier 5 and below
To balance all this, thee enchanted item would incompatible with all other enchantments, and it wouldn't be cross dimensional, and it won't work if the item is destroyed or picked up by a mob

it is a wonderful idea but the player should not get items if it falls in void

What if the End armour had a vanish enchant on it ,so when you die you get back all of your items , and you lose your armour

I feel like something like this should be done with two materials that you get in the same moment. I mean, most players would obtain Netherite way sooner than a End material. Also if they add a end themed tool set, it should never be a ore you can find by casually walking in the outer islands, it should be something you obtain by looting dungeons or killing bosses.

Itz a cool idea and all but I think you should be able to upgrade netherite gear to Crystal. But I do completely agree with the elytra idea.
