Freed End Dimension

As on Java the achievement name for defeating The Ender Dragon is Free The End, there should be a dimension of the end that is free with forests, general vegetation, and other biomes (this assumes the free was once free and that the free version was more alive than our current end). I think a portal to this  new dimension/sub-dimension should be generated once the dragon is defeated. The portal would be a more grand end gateway portal ,but you would have to pay some price to activate it maybe a beacon. The portal block itself would be purple/magenta and starry like the other end portal blocks are. The "sky" in this dimension would also be purple/magenta although not very visibly. The enderman here would not attack you when you look at them, and some live in the end cities. The enderman who live in the end cities could have some form a trading system where you bring them large amounts of non-end items and they give you exclusive end tier of armor, tools, enchantments, weapons, and maybe end spear. The spear would the ability to fly through the end sky like riptide does in the overworld.
