The Ender Mouth (monster that teleports unlucky players to it)

Spawn: Rare, in chorus forests.

Appearance: It looks like a black hole but with an ender eye inside (which can be seen from any angle and doesn’t look in a specific direction). It levitates one block above the floor and is surrounded by a 5-blocks-diameter cloud of black (and some purple) particles.

Health: 60 points. Immune to potions, water and fire.

Movement: Moves at only 10 % of the player’s walk speed. Can fly but hates the void, so if there is nothing under it, it will cease hunting until it finds a platform large enough to wander on. When looking for it, it gets faster and waves up and down, troubled.

Hunt: Once every every 5 seconds, it teleports a mob or a player if there is one in a range of 50 blocks, including above, and if there is a more or less straight line without obstacles between them (no big wall for example but chorus trees are OK). The teleported thing finds itself 15 blocks closer to our friend.
When the prey is just at two blocks of it, that is inside the black cloud, the latter thickens and as long as the player is inside, they deal with Blindness, Slowness VI and Weakness III. Additionally, they cannot jump and their life is slowly sucked up by the Ender Mouth which regenerates, at a rate of 1 point per second. Even if it maxes out to its 60 health points, the player’s health continues to drop until 0. If the player gets out of the cloud, all the effects immediately disappear and they have 5 seconds before the monster attempts a new teleportation.

  More specifications that couldn’t fit in the main post!

  Sound: It constantly emits a very deep binaural beat. When a creature is teleported by it, the noise is deeper than a regular teleportation. When it sucks your life up, instead of the classic damage sound, you hear something between someone swallowing a fluid and a deep pulse. When it takes damage, it sounds like a distant rumble or crackle, a little bit like when the ender dragon is defeated.

  Targets: This monster tries to absorb the vital energy of every creature it can. It most often chooses the closest possible target, but if it struggles with one, it tends to focus on it. It generally ignores endermen because they escape every time. It keeps trying sometimes because it’s bored, but never at the cost of another prey. If by accident it catches an unknown green meat, it takes a surprising blast and is severely hurt.

  When underwater or in lava: it creates a current that drags all entities towards it.

  Beating it: It’s very difficult to inflict this nightmare melee damage, and being too close is dangerous. So the best way to kill it is with arrows, a trident or explosives, and running away in the opposite direction each time you are teleported. If you’re inside the cloud, getting out by running is slow, so the best way to escape is by throwing an ender pearl. If you aren’t equipped, run far away!

  Drop: an ender eye and some ender pearls. And maybe a special drop but I have no idea and this post is only about the creature :p
