(minecraft.net) Add discord to the social media links!

The title may be a bit confusing but it was too short to explain it properly. So let me explain. If you go to minecraft.net and scroll right to the bottom, you'll see Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube all linked as "follow us on social media", yet somehow the official discord server isn't linked. I think it should actually be linked so that people could find the server easier. Right now, the only way to find it is from the official article about it from forever ago, from some random articles and from Discord itself, it would be nice if it was linked like all the others. Edit: There are other ways to find it that I have found since then, but it'd be nice to see it with the others too.
