Allow us to break ignited TNT in creative mode
It's really annoying when I'm trying to make a TNT launcher in creative mode when it doesn't work and I can't do /kill @e[type=tnt] in time so the whole contraption blows up. This is why I'm suggesting ignited TNT to be breakable in creative mode so that our hard work doesn't go to waste. It wouldn't be breakable in survival though, to keep the challenge.
