Ghost Creeper (Nether Update)

Mob Idea: Ghost Creeper When the player had in Soulsand Valley (Sand Valley of Souls), he would have a small chance of the Ghost Creeper spawning behind him. The Ghost Creeper could whisper some sinister sounds, but it would only explode if the player turned the vision on him. The Ghost Creeper could also follow the player for a few minutes, until they get tired and disappear into the blue haze of the biome. When it explodes, it would not cause much damage to the point of killing the player, but it would curse him with some new potion effect (who knows, maybe it would cause the player to hallucinate) that would only come out when he dies. - Well, that's my idea.
