Minecraft Festival Giveaway!

What if, every hour or so, a free reward is given to a random user by a generator where players can log in with their Minecraft account to gain an entry online, and then a user is generated (an active one) and that user will receive a free reward, such as a Minecraft Xbox controller, the festival cape, etc. (for Minecraft Festival)
