This idea is cool but a giant mountain that crazy but we should put a goblin monster and a goblin town and you have to wear the monster goblin skin like armor to trade if not they attack you

I think it should be immune to fire, fall damage, and weapons but not potions, netherite , and new “magic?”. Well I think it should spawn in a 1 in a world biome/dungeon “tarrasque mountain” and be found by eye of ender like process maybe “legend tracker” that needs 4 ender pearls 4 end stone and 1 nether star to craft.

I hope you realize that a Tarrasque is THE most powerful monster in D&D. The Ender dragon is meant to be the main boss, so adding something like this would kind of defeat the purpose.

I don't think Tarrasque is the right name but an Overworld mountain boss is a great idea imo, with the mountains getting updated soon I would love something that could be summoned by stuff you get from mountain activities.

Maybe blowing a goats horn above a certain height would summon a boss that falls from the sky and is immune to fall damage. This means it's easiest to summon it in the mountains or mesa and is uniquely mountain-y as goats spawn in mountains too.
