invisible item frames in survival (Splash Potion of Invisibility)

If I throw a Splash Potion of Invisibility on an item frame it will become invisible, then if I break it and replace it, it will be visible again.

This feature will be very useful for building and detailing.

  I think would be better if you use a invisible potion in the recipe of the item frame and it becomes a always invisible item frame.

  I fully support this idea! Imagine a cave build with whole diamonds just embedded in the walls! I'd go a step further and make blocks like torches and Sea Lanterns should keep their light level in-frame. This could help us incorporate light into builds more attractively.

  Better Idea, You should be able to craft an invisible item frame with a potion of invisibility and of corse an item frame. You should not be able to see it unless you click on the [F3] key on your keyboard.

  By trading with a Leatherworker on Master Level one could get an invisible item frame.
  E.g. by paying 5 Emeralds and a normal item frame.
  This would make the Leatherworkers more useful.

  That would be amazing!!!! The regular item frames are an eyesore and don’t go well with my new obsession. The nether! If it could just be transparent it would be ok too. Plus in survival we could make it on one of the unused work benches, combine it with a potion or make a frame from glass. Either way a must have for my survival base!!!!

  invisible item frames should be crafted by surrounding an item frame with 8 glass panes. When placed the item frame has a visible frame with a glass pane in the middle but when an item is placed in it it will vanish. This will make sure you don't loose it when there's nothing in it.

  This would be SO useful for better aesthetics regardless of which mode you’re playing. The ability to dye the item frame in addition to the option to make it invisible would be great as well as it is also the color many times that ruins the aesthetic of what I’ve put so much time into the rest of. This would be a small but very exciting change for SO much of our community!!

  If there isn’t an item inside of the frame, then you can see it faintly.

  Maybe Glass Item Frame?
  1 glass plane and 8 stick
