Sheeplins(AKA Nether Witch)

Since we have piglins maybe we could get other nether versions of animals like sheep.  

The Sheeplin could be a new type of witch that lives in the nether. It would probably do similar things that the normal witches would do but would come with more features like new potions and abilities as well as be more difficult.  They would spawn in witch huts located in the new nether forest biomes.
