Piglins are a greedy kind, "the grass of the neighbor is always greener" is almost their moto. If the piglins food is completely depleted or the group is too strong, they might try to invade other Piglin group's territory with more food or material riches.
Piglins would be divided in groups, each group with 3 to 30 Piglins. They would usually try to settle around a source of food (like Piglins Beasts), generated structures with chests and any source of gold , and subsequently claim as their territory (territory = like 300 block radius close to the resource or something like that).
You can identify different groups by the color of their outfit / armor a random rgb colour)
Groups would naturally and organically spawn, grow and fall as they fight among themselves if in other's group territory. Piglins have a life of constant war and power struggle (similar to LOTR`s Orcs). So Piglins raids would be a common thing in the Nether.
If a group gets too large, a small percentage of the Piglins might choose to separate and settle into a place far far away.
When fighting, both Piglins group would fight to the death. The winner gets the loser territory, all the gold in their inventory and can recruit the losers Baby Piglins. This would make a natural selection, with a cenario fo constant caos and war in the nether.
Together with Piglins settling into generated structures / villages + Piglins upgrading their equipmente with gold = one hell of a interesting mob for Minecraft!
