Skeletons and Pillagers damage inconsistency (Balancing changes)
Now that Skeletons will have their own Biome (Soulsand Valley). I think it's the moment to buff them.
Bows normally deal 6 to 10 damage when full charged, so I think the Skeletons should deala maximum of 6 damage on normal difficulty. It'd make more sense, and would make them more challenging.
Let's talk now about Pillagers. They have Crossbows, and Crossbows never deal less damage than 6, as they have no charges like the bow. Crossbows normally deal betwen 6 to 11 damage, and on Bedrock Edition, they always deal 9 damage.
Yet the Pillagers only deal 3 damage, which is very low, specially compared to their melee counterparts (Vindicators)
I think they should deal at least 6 damage on normal difficulty, but 9 wouldn't be bad, considering Vindicators deal 13 damage.
Vindicators actually deal 4 damage but they have +9 extra damage because of the Iron Axe. That's why they deal 13 damage.
Bows and Crossbows don't take base damage into account, that's why they are not buffed when you have Strength Status Effect. But even when used by mobs, they should always keep the damage consistant, and deal normal damage.
TL;DR: Bow deals 6-10 damage and Crossbows 6-11. They should always deal that damage even when used by mobs.
