Pause the insomnia timer when the player is in the Nether (if beds aren't changed in the Nether Update)
Since the Nether is getting an update, now is a great time to fix an issue that has been around since the introduction of phantoms.
If the player visits the Nether or End currently, staying for too long is not only punished with the dangers of each respective dimension, but also punished with the constantly ticking insomnia timer that will unleash a swarm of phantoms onto any returning player who lingers in another dimension for too long. Since the Nether Update is seeking to encourage players to stay in the Nether permanently, and has already sought to add respawning in the Nether, the insomnia timer should be paused for players in the Nether unless beds are decided as the respawn mechanic. Keeping insomnia in the Nether might be especially annoying since returning from the timeless Nether to the overworld can often place players in night unexpectedly.
The End could be included in this as well, depending on the game design plans for that dimension.
