They would need a new icon of course, something that would actually show it to be different like a cliff or view of a mineshaft. That way players would know to find a wall to play said plate, and they could edit the spawn rate so that they spawn around buildings only. Perhaps a plate that would be alot more common compared to current adventure plates.

Interesting idea. But how would the game know where there's a wall to place these adventures?

The areas I have seen adventures in so far rarely have a solid wall nearby, you can place such an adventure inside.

I think this is a great idea, and would make a nice addition in city or urban areas where walls are, currently every adventure seems inconveniently placed for people without much time, perhaps less rewarding but more common/easier to get to?

Maybe just the regular build plates could be wall builds. This way you wouldn’t have to worry about a wall being nearby the adventure. Or somehow “save” the adventure by going up to it tapping it, choosing if you want a floor or wall adventure which then gives you an item that you can use later to “summon” the adventure this way you wouldn’t have to use a wall of some random building out in public. You’d be able to do it at home.

With the implementation of take home adventures... this is brillant. Your in a house. You have plenty of walls.

OR have a button that you can select the orientation. We cannot physically walk into the ground... so. Placing it sideways now lets walk into it.

Maybe adventures should have been above ground. Or some of it.

Both ARCore and ARKit (the libraries used for minecraft earth) support wall tracking so it should be possible
