Travelling in Water

When the player gets into a water zone, like when the player moves fast a minecart appears, a boat should appear if the player is on water

    To clarify: I agree that a boat should appear (instead of a minecart) when you are travelling on the ocean by ferry or other sort of ship.

    I would also propose to use a boat if you are not that fast. Standing above water seems equally as strange as driving over it in a minecart.
