Nether Update: Lavaiathan (thanks to merlin 1003 for the suggestion!)

This creature would be kind of a mixture of a crocodile and a dolphin, and looks as if it is made of obsidian. They are about the same size as ghasts. They would leap around the lava lakes, and they can jump many blocks high. high. If it spots a player or a piglin on the surface, it will jump onto shore to snap at them, then slink back into the lava lake. It will be damaged in water. It drops obsidian (if you are lucky enough to grab it before it is incinerated in the lava).

It would spawn in lava lakes and the Black Lagoon biome.
