Make bee hives renewable again

In Snapshot 19w35a, bee hives are no longer renewable as they don't grow on trees that are grown via random tick or bonemeal. This change should be reverted as it would greatly help existing worlds populate with bee hives. 

 

At the very least, bee hives should generate on non-bonemealed trees!

  Yes, please. Non-bonemealed trees makes a lot of sense as most farms (the usual point of concern) rely on bonemeal to function. This is a wonderful and needed solution.

  I think it would be interesting to have bee nests sometimes generate on trees, however, you seem to be getting mixed up with bee hives and bee nests. Bee nests are naturally generated, bee hives are crafted. You can use bee hives to get honeycombs to get more bee hives, so bee hives are renewable, not bee nests. Hope this makes some sense...

  As someone else suggested it should be a toggled feature/command so that way it works for both parties! And should be brought back.
