Petalfoot (flower mob)

A small, humanoid creature made of wood or flowers, which is summoned by placing 12 Enchanted flowers (new, naturally generated flower) in a 9-9 circle.

The creature would be hostile, and would drop 1 Petalfoot flower, which could be used in enchanting. (like lapis, but much more powerful)

Or the Petalfoot flowers could be used in another 9-9 circle, which is used to spawn a docile + tamable version of the Petalfoot, which can give free xp or dyes every few days.
