    Hey! I randomly found this post for ideas of an island biome I would make: The Claylands. And it has very similar ideas to yours. And I honestly think, yes, it needs some update. Your ideas are very cool.


    First thing. The boss you are talking about is very similar to the enderdragon. I thought out of a mob that is more like a mix. The Wither regenerates by itself. The dragon depends of multiple towers with endercrystals to regenerate. I've got the perfect idea: A boss that is divided in 4 parts (and you need to defeat all them four to finally kill it)! the Pieshroom! You only attack 1 piece of pie at a time. When killed the one, a specific type of hostile mob in the island will despawn. It'll give you a special prize after killed the 4: a medal. You can put it in the beacon to make effect medals: Regeneration medal, Swiftness medal, well, you know. This idea is not the best, but reply if you got a better one. Also, as all hostile mobs will despawn, the island becomes pacific as always.

    Second. About the mooshstone, the new mobs, cluckshrooms, new fish, mooshroom leather and a new ore, it is fine, but try being more specific, what feature would they have?

    Another thing: Mooshroom Islands aren't all of the same size. You shouldn't just put the tower with the boss in the smaller ones. That is why, the generation of the biome could change a little; there would be little islands distributed in the ocean, and just a big one in which the tower and the Pieshroom is.
