    I don’t think you should think about replacing the "/setblock" command as many people have already relied on that command with command blocks for maps, but the other commands you suggested should be added to the game.

    @mardymia You're right, I thought of that too, but maybe it would be better to have it all under 1 simple command.

    This is very nearly perfect, but I'd recommend using `/setvolume` instead of `/set [shape]` where `[shape]` could be `cube`, `sphere`, `dome`, `cylinder`, pyramid, etc. So the command would be

    `/setvolume <shape> <top-left-coordinate> <bottom-right-coordinate> <block type> [replace]`

    for a 3x3x3 cube use a radius of 1, for example. The size of the structure would be determined by the volume provided by the coordinates given, generated truncated structures when the volume was unbalanced. In this way we could produce three-quarter domes using the `sphere` shape.

    the option `[replace]` would accept either `true` or `false` and default to `false`; when the created structure would replace a non-air block the command would fail unless ``[replace]` equaled `true`.
