The Engineering Table (A Simple Way to Introduce New Players To Redstone)

New players usually don't know much about redstone and usually have to look up how to use it and what items are used in redstone. A simple way you could introduce new players to redstone is with an engineering table, a tool used as an alternate way to craft redstone related items. This would help new players get the idea of what redstone can do and what you can use for redstone. I believe it would have a similar crafting recipe as some of the new 1.14 blocks with 4 iron in a square pattern and 2 redstone above it. Not only would this help new players but it could introduce a new type of villager called the Steampunk/Engineer who specializes in redstone specific trades

    I feel like the engineer villager should have been introduced in the village and pillage update and was disapointed to see it was not. The wandering trader is cool, but i never buy anything from them, i usually just kill them and the Llammas for the leads and the chance of extra leather. Maybe add a chance for them to sell some redstone components, other than slimeballs. If a new villager is added he should not be in every village. Villages he is in would have things like redstone defenses and automatic lights, etc and be rarer than the abandoned villages. I like the idea of a new table as well and even a guidebook to go with it, that is only accessible through the tables UI. This table could also open up later features that are more complicated and require the table to be powered to use. I hope more people share their ideas on this. Good thinking.
