Add raw mouse input

It would be nice to have an option where if we have mouse enhancer on in the windows settings, we could play Minecraft without having mouse acceleration on. It would be a nice quality of life change that many people, including me would appreciate.

A raw mouse input setting for Bedrock Edition would be really nice. I prefer having the "enhance pointer precision" setting enabled, but this also affects camera sensitivity in Minecraft, which I do not want. A setting to force raw mouse input would be nice for this.

As for Java Edition, I believe mouse acceleration was temporarily present as a bug in 1.14.3. It has since been fixed, but I guess a setting would be nice as well for people that want mouse acceleration to affect the camera.
