I don't see how it would work though. At the very least add the nether reactor to go to the nether that way.

i think that this one would work well with my idea for mob but i more think that you would do it by changing something in the menu to find it or, as you said do it by going through a portal but that would make it so that in some cases smaller areas might have a harder time with it

What about making two new build plates for the end and the nether.

what if nether and end portals were placed in certain places in the world like famous landmarks or parks.

Bringing back the nethereactor and powering it with red stone to then get nether only stuff like pigmen and blazes and stuff could work

How about building a portal on a baseplate and then entering it? Otherwise the same concept. The end portals could be found in the adventures/caves

I think 2 new build plates, one for each portal.

Or the portals could appear near a player with little chance or that the possibility rises with the days or events of portals

Instead of that, what if you go to the nether by unlocking it via exp which you can then use as a different mode. While walking in the nether yo cant get resources from the overworld there by you need to switch modes

what if as 3 others have said, bring the return of the nether reactor, and if you make it in a build plate and place it, it will create a structure that appears like the tappables, so you can enter the nether by tapping it. however, when in the nether nothing that other players have built in the overworld will appear here, doubling the space for builds around the world. (tripling if the end is added, but I couldn't come up with a way other than plain making an end portal. sorry!)

I like this idea, but I think you could construct the portals, not find them. Obviously the pieces to do so would be rare.

This is like the portkey in Wizards Unite. I like the idea of maybe you have to collect required blocks for the portal to the nether. Then you can activate anywhere once the blocks are complete. Animation pops up, place the buildplate, and then your surroundings are changed to nether. Or maybe no portal is need, a boring buildplate would work, no need for full AR.

Hi. I don't see what you mean by this. Do you mean reimplement the dimensions in the game? Please explain! Thank you.

It should be a really rare occurrence and when you enter it the real life sky would be negative or some filter to make it look like the end and it should be like a normal adventure except bigger, 16x16 or 32x32. This could also come with a combat update such as armour and healables. There could be some creative end battle and endermen.

Players could gather the materials for the portal (nether of course, since the end can't be built) and when they have all the materials, an option comes up to place the portal in the overworld and for the next ~6hrs a portal is on the map and any nearby players can walk to it and join you in the nether where there are unique adventures and nether tappables

I don't think a player creating a portal that appears to everyone would work. There would eventually be either thousands of them all over the place, or the portals that people spent time creating would have to expire and disappear. If they disappear, then whatever the players have built there would be gone, and that would discourage players from building them anywhere but near their real-life homes, thus mostly defeating the purpose of them being publicly accessible.

Something as simple as just changing modes would be too easy. Part of the fun with the Nether and End is the effort required to get there and then survive it.

From a programming feasibility standpoint, the reasonable solution for a mobile MMO such as this would be to add two additional tabs at the bottom of the screen that opens up screens for building/activating the two different portals. Players would farm materials for the Nether, and would participate in community events for materials to activate the End portal.

A player would click the Nether tab, and the screen would show a greyed-out representation of the portal. As they gather the obsidian, the players would click the greyed boxes and select the obsidian from their inventory to place. Once constructed, the players would have to craft the flint, and once they did so the greyed image of the flint would fill in on the tab. When the player clicks it, the portal would activate and an achievement would be awarded for completion.

Once the player has completed the portal, they would simply open the Nether tab at any time, click the portal, and a confirmation box would come up saying, "Travel to the Nether?" The player clicks to confirm, then they select their build plate, and they are transported to their own Nether instance.

It would be basically the same for the End, except the materials would be rewarded for participating in community events.

I feel this would work but with some limits however. I’d love this idea, It needs to be hard to get to the Nether or End. I say that there is a slight chance in an adventure that a portal appears for everyone in a party to go through. They could then fight mobs there and come back with a boost where the next 15-30 minutes they are stuck in the Nether/End and they could collect tappables in that Realm. After the timer expires, your little character builds a quick portal and hops on through back to the overworld.

I think the coolest way to do the Nether, would be to have it load up tappables and adventures in the same places that they are in the overworld. This is so that players can choose to play in either dimension, while staying with their friends. I think this dimension should have two combat quirks though. The first being random events where as you're walking, you're automatically plunged into combat (maybe a fun AR Ghast shooting mini game?). And the second, is that the adventures in this dimension are PVP. If a player kills you they get all the stuff in your hot bar.
Now there's been plenty of debate about how to get there, I think my solution is the best combination of the ideas I've been seeing. I think you should build it on your build plate, but I don't think one player should be able to build it. I think it should be a four man job to build the portal, and each player puts a quarter of the portal in a corner of one of their build plates, then everyone places the four buildplates next to each other in the overworld. Then for an hour their bases would become a map location for other players to see, so they can go to the nether (It would stay for the 4 builders until they tore it down). To go in the player walks into the center of the cube, and ignites all sides. If you made flint rarer this could make going to the Nether cost a bit, and help balance things. Maybe having prerequisite quests too.

Maybe have it be a times event for the end or the Nether, like raids in Pokémon go. Where we start it up and the whole world turns Nether or end, then have a limited time for the event to collect the tapables and then it just turns back to normal. It would keep Nether/end resources rather limited As well.

I'm not sure anyone else recommended it, but I have a take on this which could be more common, yet still fit the way Minecraft Earth currently works.

Adventures can create different scenes, such as mineshafts and the like, so making Nether and End scenes possible as adventures would be the simplest approach to this request.

They could be as common, or rare, as the current adventures, and wouldn't require interacting with a portal, yet would give us access to all of the items found in those dimensions.

This I feel is rather difficult to implement so here are my ideas. 1) Add an event that would allow plays to collect items from the nether or end. These events could even offer different biomes such as deserts (sand and sandstone high drop) to even coral reefs (coral, fish, sponge higher chance for prismarine). These events would have a timer and would last a set amount of time so there will always be something different to collect as time passes. 2) Have adventures in other dimensions, these would be started by items such as an eye of ender to go to the end and Obsidian for the nether. These players started events would allow the player and any other players in vicinity to join. It could be you have to craft a portal with 10 obsidian in your inventory then once you use it there is a portal placed on the map allowing other players to join. The end would be hard to get to (Because in regular Minecraft it is) but the end would offer many of resources due to its difficulty. 3) building a nether portal in a plate and once you leave the plate still being in the nether your map is now the nether and you have to go through the plate portal to get back to the overworld. This would be incontinent and the most difficult on the servers that run Minecraft earth but it would be the most interesting way and offer a purpose to the plate aside from building and killing mobs.

lolzasour, points 1 and 2 in your post could all be done the same way with little extra effort. Make Nether and End scenes in an adventure. You have some recommendations that would make it a little different than just finding and starting an adventure, and perhaps make it somewhat more enjoyable for some, but I'd also counter and say that perhaps less is more in this situation, and just having an adventure with either the Nether and End dimensions as scenes would do better.

I do kind of like your ideas on point 3 though. We build the mechanism on a buildplate, and when we come out we'd be in said dimension in the non-adventure and non-buildplate world of Minecraft Earth. I see one possible downside here, and that's only finding the resources of said dimension, but at the same time, since the mechanism to switch dimensions is still on our buildplate, switching could be simple enough. I'll give point 3 a +1 for sure.

possibly it could be a special type of adventure, and it switches you to a large, nether/end themed buildplate?

i think they should have a baseplate unlocked at level 20 where it automaticly builds obsidian to the place its needed to get builded then when its done you light it up and you can use it as a nether portal whenever you want. then all blocks become nether rack and water becomes lava and all tappables change too. same with the end water becomes void other blocks become end stone and chorus fruit tappables and LEGENDARY end city adventures. and roads in nether can be the fortress
