the flash time aka the speed force (I love this, and I think Minecraft should just have this not the flash bolt) (and the flash suit -in it as well-) the speed force could only be activated with the flash suit. it moves the owner back/forward in time. (I have no more info PLS do not delete this) OH and, the owner can control it. it looks like a blueish portal when opened. inside a blueish ora and the moments in the game in the past (the future will be decided by his/her movements. the owner must not interact with the past self or the owner will die. and same for future. the flash suit will be red with gold / black (depends on owners craft) the gold version will be crafted with 8 wool (like furnis, but with red wool) and 1 yellow wool in the middle. the black one will be crafted with black wool instead of yellow wool.
