    Nope, it's not in Java. You can test for yourself.

    Please add this to the Java version I would love this so much.

    Right now if i place a snow layer first, and then a plant, the snow is gone.

    If i place plant first, the snow layer does nothing on the plant.

    One minecraft, two codebases!

    We have waterlogged blocks so it shouldn't be a large step to get to snow and maybe even other block types.

    We need to snowlog all plants in Bedrock and Java and it will be Top 👌

    Technically you're flowerlogging the snowlayer in bedrock edition. Place something like a stone wall in that flowerlogged snow layer and you get a flowerlogged stone wall.
