Make one of the bosses be Thirst Man. His main power is drinking you because you have liquids inside your body, and when he starts to suck you up you need to dump a bucket of lava into his mouth. I think this would be pretty cool, as he is a widely popular character on the Internet and would make a great boss in Minecraft: Dungeons.

"Thirst man" is that seriously the best you could do? This sounds like a cheap non-named vampire from some kind of a cinematic horror title rather than a rogue-like dungeon crawling spin-off. Although I do like the idea of a boss monster you have to dump lava on, sounds like the kind of fight you'd expect in a more action-adventure kind of game.
