    I do disagree with being able to do it from world generation, but the command itself seems like a good idea

    This would be great for permanent character classes in adventure worlds, especially if the regen rate could be tweaked per player, and adding a saturation consumption per regen tick would be cool, too. That way people could set up classes with better natural regen at lower hunger cost for defense-focused classes.
