Sword Enchantment that grants an XP boost

An enchantment that can only be put on swords that gives the player an xp boost for every mob that's killed with that sword. This would be useful when you need that extra xp because at levels 25-30 it can take a long to level up. Maybe a way to balance it would be that it can't be enchanted with looting at the same time.

  I would make it combinable with looting, but not with mending, and would it have reduced durability as well (xp *2 -> dura = 75%. xp*4 -> dura = 50%). This would be a treasured "mob farm grinding" item.

  And this stacked with mending would be too OP. So it should not be stackable with mending, but yield a significant exp. boost. Like at level 1, xp*2, level 2 xp*3, level 3 xp*4. It should also be able to stack with looting, since this would go hand in hand.

  I think it should also be for Pickaxes and another tools. Each time you mine with this enchantment, it also gives an XP boost.

  Honestly I would love for this to be an enchant, I wouldn't have it stack with mending for obvious reasons. But I don't exactly see why not as I spend a lot of time farming the enchant table for enchants and it takes me quite a while to get what I want form the table so this would help speed it up. I wouldn't mind if it was a treasure enchant either
