I think this is a great idea and I personally enjoy it! I myself play bedrock and Java, though I love playing bedrock as I can play with my family members and friends without having to buy multiple accounts (with console). And when I see things like this only get added to Java it kind of disappoints me to see it not appearing in bedrock. It is really fun!

This is a gameplay feature. It is an annoyance for someone coming with this expectation on Java to play on Bedrock, and has one wonder what's broken with Bedrock they can't use this feature.

This has been implemented and should be archived.

This should also include the crawling feature like a 2 in 1 feature

This would be useful to build "passive" doors that you can fit through but most mobs (and villagers) cannot.  I would use this in my trading halls now that villagers can walk through a 2-block-minus-trapdoor height space.

I have also found occasions where this would help me crawl around in my redstone creations.

Crawling shouldn't be forced it should have it's it's own way to do it without being pushed down, at least for touch screens maybe holding down the crouch button before releasing it will make you crawl.

This would mess up my redstone elevator if crawling was added. :(

Yes add this but please don’t remove the supersonic crawling when crawling by swimming and then going into a one by one hole.

As of right now, it is possible to crawl. Thing is, you have to be swimming first. But I still agree. Having either a piston or trapdoor push you down would be so much easier

YES we need this while we can do it via water its not as easy as it coud be and a trapdoor/piston whod make it a lot more viable to build bases and other stuff like with this plus not drowning is a bonus!

Yeah I really miss being able to elytra dive into a one block space. I had a secret entrance to a vault that could only be accessed that way. I can't get in now since converting to bedrock. It made for great hide and seek spots too.

This is in java but not bedrock so this SHOULD be in bedrock.

I've been checking after every little minor update to see if this is added to Bedrock edition and it hasn't come yet. It needs to happen!

This would be amazingly useful in bedrock edition farms, because there has to be a collection system, and hopper minecarts are the best ones. However, they’re a pain to install with the crawling mechanic not on the bedrock edition.

Hi! I myself am a Bedrock player, and I would absolutely love to have the ability to crouch under 1.5 blocks and crawl in 1 block spaces! It would be nice have a feature that Java already own. I personally would be thrilled to have this sort if update on Xbox.

This is a big change and will make bedrock edition feel better. This small change will change everything!

Yes, this needs to be added, I have checked every update and beta since Java got it during Village and Pillage, overall it would add a much better experience for builders, and especially Redstone geeks like myself!

This would be so good in bedrock edition - i was really disappointed that it wasn't added into bedrock edition village and pillage.

This would be so nice! I play both Java and Bedrock and I feel like in Java, crawling is kinda like a feature at this point with how easy it is to do, and it's kinda irritating going onto Bedrock to play with my family and being locked out of crawling, which though it's still possible with water and swimming, its irritating not being able to just make a simple ventilation system that you can crawl through.

I'd honestly love if they made crawling like how it is in Java, where you can use a trap door or piston to start crawling.

This would be such a great idea for bedrock! Java already has it, so it should be easy enough to implement.

im suprised its still not in, not even with the nether update. when village and pillage was coming out, i made a whole tiega village from scratch and put slabs at the doors so the villagers couldn't escape. still after all this time, i have to enter through the floor due to the lack of this small adition. i just hope they add it soon.

This has to be implemented. It's not like there are already mods out there for these. We need this to be implemented :'))

YES!!!! HOPEFULLY we can get something going here. Java should really add a crawl feature, not like the trapdoor or piston method, but a button for it. Or maybe just implement it into the crouch button for Bedrock users. Double tap to crouch and Double tap Hold to crawl. PLS!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of this can be easily added
The crouch part heigh change can be added with an addon so with 5 mins work it could be done ingame, then the camera when crouching will be half inside a block, but it can be chnaged in camera files in 20 seconds. About the 1 block crawling is already possible to do if you swim into a 1 heigh space, but is not possible in other ways yet, to add would need to check for a block above players head, including low closed trapdoors, extended downwards pistons and any other possible exceptions and chnage player state to crawling one, which would need to be separated from the actual glitch swim/crawl

Should give crawling its own keybind so we can use it even without blocks above us.
