Swamp Raider (illager variant)

There should be a new illager that spawns in the swamp biome (rarely, about 1/10th as common as a witch hut in groups of 3-4. He wears tattered green clothing, and is called the Swamp Raider. He deals 4 damage on 1 hit, and charges at players. The swamp biome needs some adventure.
