Lava spawning changes in the overworld

I think lava is too common on the surface, like you can just walk in a fine looking area and then suddenly a pool of lava is found, i think there should be limits to where lava can spawn:
-volcano biomes
-deep underground caves (i exclude caves close to the surface such as mountain caves/ not very deep underground caves)
-villages (only where it is used in that blacksmith like house)

anywhere else just seems too unrealistic

  I like the idea, but this is Minecraft. Nothing here is right
