    Masons could go inspect nearby stone.

    Fletchers could go talk to the butcher (to get feathers).

    Also, as long as we're on the topic of adding more detail to villager behavior, here are some other ideas.

    When Fishermen fish, they would throw back undesirable fish and junk and give treasures to Clerics.

    Clerics (occasionally) could be seen under the effects of random potions.

    Armorers could repair iron golems (a little bit).

    butchers could buy sheep from shepherds to slaughter, and the shepherd could actually breed new sheep.

    maybe fishermen could ride boats too.

    Ok, some things that the villagers could do could include: 

    Clerics can brew and sell potions, but only after the ingredients were traded with them

    Fishermen don't go to their barrels to sell fish, the fish are "stored" in there (only villagers could take them) and FIshermen would go to their docks and fish like usual, Like what Daniel Black said earlier, where they would take their treasure to the priests and the junk to the ocean again

    Nitwits would spend the day picking flowers, annoying the working community, and play with the children

    Librarians would teach the children (and the adults) and if they are successful, then the villager would either,  one) Not become a nitwit (if they were going too) or two) level up in the first profession that they become (I say that because the player could put one station and then put another one after breaking the first)

    butchers would take the cattle from the pens and slaughter them (kinda like the ones from Tektopia)

    The Shepard would be replaced with the Keeper. They would breed the animals in the pens around the village and would ask for breedable items (wheat, seeds, carrots, etc...) and would sell the main things Shepards would sell. They would also give the butcher animals to kill.

    The leatherworker would ask the butcher for any extra leather and would be shown to make leather armour, saddles, and anything else
